Just got mine in the mail. shipped out and delivered on the same day (prob cuz im in TO).
Also delivered in an overkill sized box. which was funny cuz i was expecting an envelope and the steelbook to be even damaged.
anyway. sick.

I was charged 39.99 (preorder price), but i emailed them and i will be credited the difference since the price dropped.

I'm not happy with this Steel. Nothing on the back. Nothing on the right hand side of the inside. It fails to "WOW!". It's not pretty/sexy. Even the MIB 3 Steel was better and it's neither the better movie nor did several times better at the box office. It doesn't grab your attention when you see it on the shelf in the store. It's dull and bland. Epic fail.

Steelbooks/metal packaging have been delivered in those oversized boxes for a long while, for me though.

I expect my copy of TDKR tonight in to be in a big box as well

It's because there's been too many cases of damaged steelbooks so that's why they are doing the box thing now. When you get regular games you will still get bubble envelopes

Got mine today in a huge box, no damage. Which is great. Then I went over to my local Futureshop (which is literally a 5 minute drive) and picked up another (which actually was the last copy in the store)

The Canada/future shop version looks similar with the US version. My local best buy still have lots of copies of this steelbook.

When I first saw it, I pictured what it would look like next to the other two. In the end I think it fits fine. I do however, kind of wish the spine would have matched and perhaps having that image of Bane for the back art.
