I don't remember seeing any pictures of the interior and have wondered if it's now a Digistak or Digipak?

The original's pages are very thick. The newer one's pages probably aren't as thick. It's likely that simple.

For the price they sell these at now, you can't blame them for downsizing the packaging.

I swear I posted a photo re: the slimmer version they had at Costco. If there's a Viva Elite plastic case version, I'll be a little curious, although I have the first run with the thick book, and I like this style of book (over the Indiana Jones style of book), not to mention the pictures on each page are quite beautiful.

The new slimmer one likely has pages like what are in the Indiana Jones US set. The discs go into the side of the page instead of the top of the page. If anyone on here has the Indiana Jones set compare that to the Star Wars Complete Saga US set to see what I mean.

Beautiful cardboard packaging>>>>>>>>blue clear plastic

I do like the UK packaging as an alternative, but the U.S. version that has the amaray case in it is ugly as hell.

Mine was ruined a while back, and I haven't yet rebought it for fear that I won't get the original thick version again.

Anyone know a place online that specifically carries this version, or has very recently?

I have some used ones that are the thicker/original version. I guess just depends what condition you want, but it would be anywhere from $20-$25 + Shipping. Feel free to PM me.
