They killed the new scan with the terrible colour timing changes.
The old scan is from the 90s
Resolution is nothing without propper compression.
But 4k is the magic fix all, to all video problems ever.
The Scott Bros. do no wrong.

I see two new listings for Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Does anyone know if this is a new transfer of the movie, or the same previous disc re-packaged?

It's a new 4K transfer and those links you posted have now been taken down on Amazon.
