If we're lucky, perhaps there will be an English-subbed BD of this from Hong Kong. There's already been a subbed DVD of this released (under the English title "Girl of Time") by IVL, so creating an English subtitle script wouldn't be a problem.

found many Kadokawa titles are on-sale now at Aamazon-Japan:

pretty good deal for Japanese release. Many are considered 80s classic. (Sailor suit and machine gun! also few starring Yusaku Matsuda (of Black Rain)

I know they are not English friendly. Can anyone advise how are their quality? especially PQ?

People have said that on this title the picture quality is lacking. Kadokawa didn't really do much with these budget releases.

... I thought the ivl / kadokawa relationship came to an end a long time ago?
