I got my Spiderman a few days late but i'm gonna have to agree that basically Amazon and Play.com are the only one's that don't seem to suck on getting pre-orders to you on or before release day as far as the bigger retailers go.

HMV and Sainsburys both got my steelbook and 3D versions to me late. Oh well, at least they got here and i guess i should get round to inspecting them soon to make sure they're dent free. Also got my Best Buy version thanks to a great member on here who's been helping me so i'm glad to have both editions in my collection. Both have unique artwork

Is it possible to use such a long time with shipping? Who do they use?

It takes a while in the UK, so you're talking a week or maybe more for delivery to Norway. TNT is where the problem is - stock sits in their warehouse until it is delivered by Royal Mail.

Pre-orders: The Wicker Man Steel, Star Trek XI Zavvi Steel, 12 Angry Men, Raising Arizona, La Notte, The Sand Pebbles, Patton, The Great Escape, The Murderer Lives at 21, Les Miserables Digibook, One Hour Photo, Brides of Dracula, Evil of Frankenstein, Blow Out and The Last Temptation of Christ.

I got both of my Amazing Spider-Man's and The Dark Knight Rises on Monday.

Spider-Man took 13 and 12 days but Batman only took 5. It's almost like TNT waited until they had enough to make it worth their while.

Wow, finally found it in the mail today!! Had to check it wasnt wet, i suspect the postman had to swim across the ocean from England to Norway, no other reason to be SOOOOOOOO slow.

Also, no dents or damage at all. Thank god for that.

Looks like these have all now gone and title is deleted.
