I guess I'm lucky to live in WV where we have small PO in every other town so I'm in and out of one in 5 minutes unless it's Christmas mailing season then it takes 10 - 15 minutes.

At the time of my post, the UV was listed with the Blu-ray. I knew something wasn't right. I am going to edit my previous post so as to avoid confusion.
The quirks of Family Video.

Yeah, that was maybe the first time I've seen that (UV code with used BD). Didn't they sell UV codes separately for a while? Maybe that got nixed.

Thanks, I got that email too. Unfortunately there are not enough BDs I want left to hit $50. I'm more worried that I received all of my 2nd order in dribbles (and had to pay that postage due), but there's no sign of any of the BDs from the order of 10 (which contained the titles I really wanted the most) which I placed about 5 days earlier.

I don't understand how something shipped 4-5 days earlier can come a week later than the 2nd order, but I'm still hoping they are in transit rather than delivered to a neighbor who is thanking me for the free movies. And if I report the entire package lost after the long waiting period has expired, I wonder if FV will resend them all to me at no cost or tell me to go suck wind or tell me the titles I want (the best ones like Focus, Imitation Game, NATM 3, The Judge) are OOS so tough diddly on me. I'm starting to develop some anger towards FV.

Again nothing new in your post from the previous complaints. If you are concerned take it to family video. One less post and one phone might answer your questions instead of using blu ray.com to vent with repetitive posts.

I would never repeat myself.
I would never repeat myself.

In this case, I don't think FV can tell me anything about why an order placed 5 days earlier hasn't arrived but the 2nd later one has arrived. There are no tracking numbers with USPS, so what could FV tell me that I can't already see in my order history page (which I logged into today)? I figured out that for every shipment that goes out they list the date and repeat everything you ordered. If you look at which items changed to Shipped, then you know what went out in each shipment and when. (Their format is very confusing IMHO). What I learned from that is my first order sat for 3 days before being shipped, so it was shipped 3 days ahead of my 2nd order (my first part of the 2nd order shipped the day after I ordered). Also, my first order only has 1 entry so it appears to have gone out in 1 package of 10 whereas the other order was 5 packages of 1-3 BDs each.

I'm HOPING that perhaps sending out a larger package of 10 has slowed it down a lot more compared to the separate shipments. Regardless, I still have to wait until the middle of next week to call them (they say "15 days" on their web page).

Insurgent added for $9.99. I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure this is a rental edition.

Insurgent doesn't have lossless audio only Dolby Digital 5.1, if that matters to you.

To add to the downside for those with Atmos set up....the retail version contains an atmos soundtrack, while slimdude mentioned the rental version does not (which would mean a 7.1 lossless soundtrack for those without Atmos decoding in receivers/processors).

After 18 days from its shipment I got a $9 postage due card stuck to my door. I don't know if this is my long lost FV order I've been waiting on for ages, but considering that I never have to pay postage due from any other company that offers "free" (and I use that word loosely) shipping, it probably is.

Is it even possible to cost $9 to ship 10 BDs via media mail within the US or is USPS adding on some large fee? It almost seems like FV doesn't believe in putting proper postage on large orders. The $9 more than cancels out the $5 coupon I used, so I think this is a lesson learned... never place large orders with FV because they will likely result in postage due issues. I never had issues when I placed small orders in the past. Going forward I'm only going to order 1-4 BDs at a time and only when they have FS. Ordering more is just risking hassle with the USPS. Too bad FV doesn't switch to some other method because their shipments have been beyond dog slow lately.

IF this really happened, then the average person would be calling Family Video right away to get it straightened out.

They still do, but it's hidden under the Browse tab. Sometimes you get the codes with an order because someone forgot to remove it.
