Yeah, that's what I'm referring to. Apparently it is called a digipack.

In any case, compare the plastic hub which holds the discs in this packaging (attached only at the top) to the plastic hubs in, for example, any Criterion release (attached on all sides). One of these is poor design; I think you already know to which I'm referring.
