Gosh, the dang thing is so troublesome and messy to set up.

I did try it though, it's good. Only problem is, my own prescription glasses are in the way. So it's not 100% clear for me.

Maybe I'll get contacts.
I kept the VR in the box for now. I need to find time to properly set up the camera and console.

The helmet is fully adjustable. I use it all the time with my glasses. Just be very careful and do not let your glasses touch the lenses of the psvr. It will scratch it very easily. When I am playing with my contacts I adjust it close to my face as possible(no light coming through from bottom. When I wear my glasses I make sure there is plenty of space(light will be coming through from the bottom of the headset but I play in the dark so it makes no diffenence).

Thanks guys.
Maybe it has something to do with my glasses. It's Transition lenses.

I'll try again with an older pair of glasses some other time.

Ok I am interested in getting this playstation vr to watch 3d blurays, since companies have dropped the feature on tvs.

Do I need to buy a playstation 4 for this to work or can I use any 3d bluray player.

I wanted to put this out there because I'm sick and tired of stupid people posting this on Reddit. I've been wearing eyeglasses with delicate coatings on the lenses and cleaning them for several decades with microfiber cloths premoistened with diluted isopropyl alcohol. It does not eat away at any coating on any lens and will not in any way eat away or damage the PlayStation VR lenses. The only thing that eats away at coatings on lenses is any cleaner with ammonia in it. Never use any cleaner with ammonia on any lcd or led tv or lens with any kind of coating on it. And never clean any delicate lens with a dry cloth whether it's microfiber or not. You will get surface abrasions on the lenses over time. People please stop listening to stupid people.

Win : Doom VR, planned at the end of this year. But Farpoint is good too.
