Best Buy's disc is about a half hour, the 'Around the Globe' featurette.

I got my Best Buy version in earlier today actually looks pretty good haven't cracked that ***** open just yet probably later this week since im off from work for a few days!.

The 'reimagining' verbage is common, used here as a precursor to what the extra actually is. On the retail disc itself is "Reimagining the Spaghetti Western: The Horses and Stunts of Django Unchained". The walmart exclusive is "Reimagining the Spaghetti Western: A Making of Documentary".

Because BB thought it would be a fantastic idea to mass produce a 2013 blu ray in DVD size...

Which most people who buy blu rays don't prefer and haven't preferred for a long time.

This I have to disagree with. I loathe anything DVD related. BUT digipacks are unique and not a standard such as a G1 or G2 steelbook. The target Indi Jones digi, Bridge on the River Kwai, Apocalypse now.... they're all larger than a BD but also not the same size as any DVD packaging.

I like them to be different and stand out when it's a unique packaging.

Well no worries. What I mean is the blu ray community as a whole. We all have our own likes and dislikes, but I think you are probably in the minority.

If we put out a poll, I bet at least 80% of blu ray collectors would have preferred that Django digipack to be G2 or really close to it. The Indy Jones digipack is much smaller than G1. Even Avatar is smaller than G1. Time will tell if these fly off the shelves or collect dust.

Just got back from my local Best Buy and they had PLENTY of the DigiPaks. Honestly, it looked kinda cheap in person (the packaging, not the price).

On an unrelated note, while I was looking some guy came up and asked if I worked there. I was wearing a white shirt and an opened black, short-sleeve button shirt, with black, slightly faded pants. How he confused me with one of the blue shirts I'll never know, but I spent the next 10 minutes helping him pick out a pair of headphones.

He's referring to the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull DigiPak, which was manufactured a few years back. Paramount was lazy and made the same size package for both the Blu-ray and DVD editions.

Having said that, there was nothing that prevented them from making a proper G2 size DigiPak like The Hunger Games.
