Watched this again today, it's a fantastic conversion. There's so much depth and range to the image, yeah it gets a little cardboard cut-out at times and the ultra-smooth remaster robs it of a lot of detail and texture, but DAMN it's still one enjoyable ride. I always get chills when we get to the first dinosaur reveal, with the music swelling up and the utter amazement of the characters, it's one of the finest scenes in cinema history.

When the T-Rex is trying to eat Lex and Timmy thru the plexiglass roof of the Jeep, WOW what a moment. With the sound design of the hands sliding on the wet glass and the POV shot of the T-Rex in your face, that's one of the most immersive home theater moments I've ever experienced. This release puts the bland 3D of stuff like Winter Soldier and ASM2 to shame.
