Default Meet the July PSN+ Game Collection, Same as the Old PSN+ Game Collection.

Gotta say I'm a tad bit disappointed in this. It's virtually the EXACT SAME LIST save for a couple new PSN games rotated in and some full Blu games taken out.

I had planned on picking up Gotham City Imposters tomorrow because it is supposed to be on the sale. Free is even better.

If you were in the wild, I would attack you, even if you weren't in my food chain. I would go out of my way to attack you. If I were a lion and you were a tuna, I would swim out in the middle of the ocean and freaking eat you and then I'd bang your tuna girlfriend.

I think it's all about timing. Sometimes they have some pretty good stuff for sale or even for free in PS Plus, and sometimes they have crap. And this is 1 of those crap times.

July is a bit disappointing (in light of what we received last month), but adding three new *free* games to the mix is better than nothing, right?

It's not a total wash for me: I get to play Pac-Man Championship Edition DX for free the rest of the year. Gotham City Impostors isn't bad, but I was outclassed when I went online.

Love how the thread title is inaccurate just to stir people up and get them in the thread.

It's not the same collection. Close, but not the same.

Wait, did you ACTUALLY expect them to put in 12 new games every month?! They explicitly said when they announced it that new games would be rotating in and old ones rotating out. Why would you think otherwise?

Not to mention that before this format we got about 2 games a month plus a mini/classic. 3 a month is an improvement (but, it appears, at the expense of themes/avatars, at least for June...)

It's almost identical to the previous month's, except for a few changes. There are THREE NEW PSN GAMES and ZERO NEW BLURAY GAMES. Not sure what part of that I was misleading on.

The thread title was a simple play on the old line "meet the new boss, same as the old boss" as I'm sure you're aware of.

Not at all. I didn't expect 12 new full games every month, however I DID expect, perhaps foolishly, that there'd be a new lineup of games, not a few new throwins and most everything from last month still up on the store.

There are definitely some good deals with the regular PSN update tomorrow though.

House of the Dead III is like 3.49 or something for PSN+. Jurrassic Park is 10 bucks, Shadows of the collossus (everyone claims it's awesome) is 10, Catherine is knocked down to $20 (not sure if there's a PSN+ discount but I hope so).

There's some stuff I'm getting tomorrow, just not on the PSN+ "Instant Game Collection" side.

I think the part that surprised me was that the games that were up last month are still up this month. I would think that the freebies from last month would naturally be taken down this month, as it pertains to it being free. It's a reward for those who signed up when they implemented it. at this point it just allows people to postpone getting PSN+ as long as they can, as long as they can still get those games.

No skin off my nose, I've been a PSN+ member from the very beginning. Just thought that they would have cleaned the slate and only had new games this month.

Pac-Man is my favorite PSN I love that game so much.

I don't know what Renegade OPS is but it does not really matter I'm still playing through last month free games.
