So can we assume that this is just a repackaging of the previously released discs, still without the dolphin trainer scene, despite the continued inaccurate blurb about "additional footage not seen theatrically" as well as the shot of Ace during the scene on the back cover?

The case lists a length of 86 min., while the old FS DVD with the scene says 87. Is that the telling factor?

It's Warners. Of course it's a repackage.

I do finally understand the aversion to the theatrical cut because the dolphin trainer scene is absolutely fantastic, but the theatrical cut is still jam-packed with Ace goodness and as long as the scene below is in there, then I'm golden.

That's B.S. that they still show that picture on the back cover. I doubt anyone over at WB even noticed.

I'm still on the fence about paying for this because that scene is missing. Yeah, I'm still bitter.

I'd love it if the even longer TV cut were also available.

I wouldn't be opposed to those TV scenes to, at least be included as deleted scenes but for them to cut out a ~10 second dolphin trainer scene that everyone remembers, is beyond me.

I ordered the double feature from Amazon 9-1-2014, ($12.99). Release day was 10-14-2014. It is now 10-18-2014 & it has yet to ship.

Anyone received their copy from Amazon yet?

Are you sure you didn't order the Back to the Future Trilogy?
