My Panny DMP BD30 is finally crapping out for Blu ray playback. My question is does the player have a separate head from DVD playback?
I would like to donate the player to my wifes school so it can be used in a classroom but would not want to donate it if the problem would be on DVD playback. Currently the unit starts to pixel when playing any Blu ray disc but plays the DVD disc fine. I have tried to fix the problem with the resources I have with no sucess. Thank you for your help. I just hate to trash the player if there is still some way I can reise the player. I will say this has been a great player since its purchase in 2007. It has seen a lot of daily use. Well on to figuring out what is the better of the new line of playes and make a purchase this week.
BD30 coupled with a 40XBR4.
