I thought a new (better) scan would reveal much more detail and better grain structure which I don't see here.

I mean a difference of this calliber:

They killed the new scan with the terrible colour timing changes.
The old scan is from the 90s

I see two new listings for Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Does anyone know if this is a new transfer of the movie, or the same previous disc re-packaged?

It's a new 4K transfer and those links you posted have now been taken down on Amazon.

This thread is kinda obsolete for this info. Go here and flick through the last few pages :

The latest version is the best, DigiBook / Supreme Cinema Series . Both Dolby Atmos and superior picture. But I would hold out for the UHD and you'll get both with it. These are NOT that really dark looking transfer.

Today marks the 25th anniversary of the release of Bram Stoker's Dracula. I still remember venturing out on Friday the 13th back in 1992 to see it opening day...had my reservations about it then as now, but it remains a striking looking film and it was great to first see it on the big-screen.

Anyone know if the Wal-mart combo pack with Dracula/Frankenstein includes the individual special features?
