Huh, I thought he sold the Laurel library to Spelling Entertainment. That would make Dawn part of "Republic Pictures" now.

That will be out in 2015 apparently. I've only heard, and can't confirm, that Laurel does indeed still own the rights. I'd assume they are looking for another studio to distribute Dawn 3D.
