Sorry to disappoint you, but all steelbooks and metalpaks have been removed from all Walmarts (at least in Chicago suburbs) together almost 3-4 weeks back. It is extremely unlikely you will find any.

I was also trying to get SPR and went around to 5 Walmarts before giving up....ended up buying SPR UK steelbook on eBay...got lucky and got an OK deal with a good seller from UK for around 30 dollars shipped...quite a lot more than the metalpak, but this steelbook does look at least a little bit better.

Glad I picked the ones I wanted to get before they cleared them out.

Hope a new batch comes in. I really want American Beauty in one of those MetalPaks or Steelbook.

EDIT: If they are planning to add a new batch of Paramount Metalpaks (which I hope they do) I really want AI: Artificial Intelligence, Mean Girls, American Beauty, Iron Man, Titanic in that batch.

I really wanted to buy all of these for the films I ALREADY own. I really did! But I just couldn't get over how most (almost all) were bare bone editions! I would've bought both Transformers (never understood why they didn't just release the trilogy), SPR, among others. Like Transformers 3 comes with one disc, I have the 3D 4-disc set. I just couldn't live with having to find somewhere to keep the other discs. I just hope if they come out with more, that they include whatever original supplemental material that was first released.

I guess that's the issue I'm seeing more and more with "special" releases. These special releases are so bare bone, I'm left to create my OWN ultimate package! It can be fun sometimes, sometimes not. Just venting on blu-ray movies. Haha

I wonder if they will bring them back or not. I know they shipped them all back to said warehouses so I wonder if they will no longer be WM exclusives.

I got them all when they were on sale for $9.99 versus the $12.99 they had the first couple of weeks.
My collection click HT Gallery to view them.

I guess these were not going to be around forever like some people were saying. All 3 Walmart (within 10 minutes of me) have none of these. The other two (one within 15 and one within 20 minutes from me) don't have them either.

I've seen some of these at Costco lately though.

Sometimes we hear of people who are “very” honest, “mostly” honest, or even “a little” honest.
Should we even use modifiers with the word honest? I don’t believe so. There are no degrees of honesty. Either we are honest or we aren't.

Yea, both Walmarts here took them away a couple weeks back. Hopefully that member Kaye who works at Walmart can let us know again if/when new ones are scheduled to release..

Any word on possibly another metal pak wave? I highly enjoyed these. They were better than the steelbook wave IMO, at least they had a gloss finish and interior artwork.

I don't know if these will be restocked, but if they do, I would venture a guess that it would coincide with the upcoming Reel Heroes steelbook wave on May 6.
I sure hope they have some new metalpaks!

Hey guys a few months ago I saw some Transformers steelbooks at Walmart and haven't seen them since! Does anybody here know if they'll be coming out with new ones once the 4th film comes out??
