Thanks for the info! Makes sense. I know, and can tell myself, silly stuff like this doesn't matter, but sometimes I just don't wanna hear it

There's certainly better deals to be had buying the rerelease, but I can't help rather having the original version with the Paramount logo.

Zodiac, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and The Island will have the Warner shield on the artwork because these are Warner co-productions.

Older catalog titles already produced on Blu-ray by Paramount will either have a sticker with the Warner shield and barcode over the original Paramount barcode or be reprinted with the new Warner barcode and shield. The rest of the keyart remains the same.

New titles, beginning with Flight will either have a sticker with the Warner barcode or new keyart using the Warner technical specifications grid. Paramount will release and produce these before handing them to Warner for continuing distribution.

I'm the same kind of "crazy," especially after that early sloppiness of putting a sticker over the original UPC, sometimes even covering text. Especially given how Amazon now doesn't even return the original releases as search hits at the site even though third party sellers still have the original Par releases for sale, I'm glad I Wish Listed titles like Changing Lanes such that should I finally decide to buy I'll get the original Par version <even crazier> to go alongside the other Par titles in my organized-by-studio collection.</even crazier>

I see Samson & Delilah is on your list, you must have missed it, as it's been released on Blu-ray, & in a really stunning transfer.

I actually own it. Just interested to see if Warner, would add some type of extras, as Paramount's is bare bones. They'd have to have an incentive for people to buy it.
