I've been going to horror movies in theatres ever since I was a kid, the first I recall being Scream when I was 7.
I've been to MANY Rated-R movies since then with family members and whatnot, but the first time I remember going alone to a PG-13 was Mortal Kombat 2 (of course the kid version of me thought it was awesome ![]() |

The first movie I remember seeing without an adult chaparon must be Scream with a bunch of friends from school, I was probabably 9 or 10. I remember we lied to our parents and told them we were going to see some other kiddie movie that was out at the time and then snuck in.

I know What You Did Last Summer. I saw that with two other friends. The three of us were still underage, but my Mom bought us the tickets and we went in. I looked like I was 17 at the time. But that's mainly cause I was 16.
But I think the first movie I saw by myself was Scream 2.

Wow, I have no idea. I know I was at least younger than 12 because I remember going to movies alone before Titanic, just not sure what I saw alone. Hmmm. It may have been Trainspotting as I thought it was so cool to see a movie like that (I was 11) and seeing Ewan nude. TBH, Ewan probably earns the title of first man I saw completely full frontal. He got to take two things from my childhood...lmao.

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country
I remember the old Dolby Stereo clip with the camera zooming over a lake and onto some guy climbing a mountain.
