Just poking around, kind of interesting that the UK's 3D Hobbit Trilogy is only £3 more than their 2D set. Not only that but it's less than $40 shipped. Don't think you could even get the 2D set that cheap here.

Yeah, pretty sure I'll be picking up the 3D trilogy from UK too. Just always hesitant on Hobbit/LOTR stuff, since they always release an extended edition. Is there going to be a 3D set of the extended editions released in a year?
Without condoning... or condemning. I understand.

It has been a little while since it's been this cheap, the Universal Monsters collection is around $24 U.S. dollars shipped right now from Amazon UK.

I'm sure there will be. I have been holding off buying any of them until the trilogy gets released. I'm just hoping it will match the Lord of the rings set. Hopefully, it won't be as expensive as that set, but I'm not holding my breath. It's still too expensive IMO. I got it from Walmart for $35 on a pricing error.

The complete series of Entourage seems to be pretty cheap from Amazon UK.
It is region free.
It comes out to about $79, which I think is over $100 savings over the US version.
I've never seen the show before, and pretty much know nothing about it, but I saw the trailer for the new movie and the movie at least looks pretty good. At about $10 a season, I think I'm gonna go ahead and buy it.

Anyone know if this is some kind of daily/weekly deal or some random price drop?

The UK version has consistently been priced cheaper than the equivalent American release.

Has it? I haven't looked at the UK store for over a month now. I really should check it out more. Especially since the UK gets a lot of tv series' on blu ray that we don't get in the US.

The Atom Egoyan 7-Film Boxed Set is more than half off. It comes to about $51 shipped to the U.S. I ordered one - been waiting forever to come down in price.

Default Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 7 £19.99

Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 7 (final season, region-free) currently £19.99; shipped to U.S. & Canada it's $31.68 thru ACC, or $30.39 at XE rates for fee-free cards. Currently has a shipping delay of 9-11 days (plus the usual wait), but at that price I'll gladly wait; has never been below $57.99 at Amazon U.S. (currently $72.68), and usually well over £40 in the UK.

Edit: Now back up to £45.10. Glad I got in while it lasted.
BD players: PS3 Slim 250GB; Sherwood BDP-5004 (region-free); HP P7-1010 (w/ LG WH12LS38K, AMD HD 6570, Hanns-G HL227, Altec Lansing 2.1 speakers, PDVD 14)
A/V hardware: Vizio E3D320VX 3DTV; Sony HT-SS380; Chromecast; Radiient HDMI switch; Nook HD; Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4; Amazon Fire Phone; Moto G; iPhone 3GS

Back down to £19.99. Get it before it goes back up again...

There the typical exclusion -- no baby stuff, no digital only, no GC, and no 3rd party sellers (even if fulfilled by Amazon)

If your had an order planned this would be a way to get a nice 20% extra discount. It appears the full 10 is applied after removing the VAT so unlike some of the 2 for XX or Lightning deals this gives US customers the full discount. It also appears your cart price has to be £50 after the VAT removal not before so it's a max 20% discount.

It may be time to break down and get Big Hero 6 3D and The Tudors.

Several of the missing Disney 3D and some Region A vaulted Disneys are at pretty good prices.

I suspect this is a one time use per account code, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.

I just put in an order and this worked exactly way a promotion should work: I got a nice discount on three things that were sitting on my wishlist for a while (good for me) as well as four other 'eh, as long as I'm here' titles (good for them).

Everybody wins.

While it looks like most Blu-rays have had small bumps in price, the discount code still works out quite well.

And FWIW it seems other promotions will pseudo-stack. Young and the Innocent, Perfect Friday and Unearthly Stranger were part of a 3/20 and that (relatively small but still) discount took effect in my cart and didn't prevent the 10 off 50 from working.

Yes, I did two - 3/20 and one - 2/10 and expected it to be wonky with the 10 off 50, but everything worked out as planned.
