Well, T2 so far hasn't been remastered and if it has, it's waiting on Cameron's approval. Independence Day has been the same release since 2008 with still no extended cut released to blu. It's definitely time for Fox to give it a 4K remaster with the extended version added! Hopefully, next year for the 20th anniversary and the long awaited release of a sequel!

T2 is a rarity in the BD market. Constant re-releases and new editions pretty much died as a trend when DVD started plummeting from mass market sales. It still happens here and there, like the coming Rogue Cut of the last X-Men movie, but it's much more rare than it used to be.

ID4 might get a whole new edition, might not, who knows. It's just as likely they put out the same disc in another new cover when the new movie hits.

You left out the infamous "Terminator 2: Skynet Ultimate Edition".
