Use a microfiber cloth, they're very soft and don't scratch.

How can I remove the glue from the slip of paper of digipacks and other editions, without ruin the cover ?

With Blu-ray having a hard protective layer, cleaning is not as much of an issue as with DVD or CD formats, as most soft fabrics with do the job, ideally combined with a soft cleaning solution.

The problem with relying upon your t-shirt or other clothing, is that it only takes there to be one microscopic piece of grit, sand, dirt or otherwise to be stuck to the garment for a decent sized scratch to occur. Then you are in trouble as you will need to find a disc repairer to get it out.

The key detail when cleaning is not to repeated clean over the same area, take less passes, this minimizes the risk of causing a scratch.
