Oh yeah Chef!!!!!!!!

I always find time to do a little jamming in my Stereophonic Parlor of Bliss , but it was just recently while playing with my tablet that I decided to try and video my systems with the Parlor being the first. I was really surprised at the quality of the videos from it . Of course the audio portion is monaural, yet it still gives about 60% of the experience of being *

[Show spoiler][size=1]BTW: The system also plays CD, SACD, DVD-A etc. So it's not just vinyl

Video quality is really good. What tablet do you have? So besides the turntable, you also listen to various media in there. Cool. Do you listen to vinyl more than CD?

It's just your basic 8 inch Samsung TAB-A .

I plan to shoot short videos on both my Office and Living Room systems shortly

Oh yeah ....................... Matter of fact, the first video I shot was a SRV track via CD.

I have a Yamaha CD-C600 changer in there (for moments of laziness ) and comfort plus my Oppo DV-983H for SACD and DVD-A duties

As far as what I listen to most often in there ......... I've got to say it's pretty close but except for critical listening sessions (almost always vinyl), It's easier to just fire up the CD player

And I am thinking about adding some sort of streaming device in there

Well that tablet recorded some great video.

Look forward to seeing those other videos you plan on shooting.

I HIGHLY recommend adding a high quality streamer. Once you do, and start listening to streamed WAV or flac, you may never want to mess with physical media again. The ability to play any song from any album, create playlists to suit your mood, and all available at the touch of a button is so amazing! Trust me you will LOVE it!

love love love your setup!

as a fellow audiophile I have to say, I love to see what you've rigged up and I can only imagine how magical it sounds!

As for Streaming, I have very much enjoyed the Roku, I'd recommend it to you, especially the app/station called SOMAFM if you haven't heard it.. it sounds like it'd be something up your alley!

Groove Salad is my fav station

You should be able to stream from your PC or Tablet too if you want to hear it before you take the leap for the station
