Wes Anderson wins the "reusing his actors the most often" discussion.

Bill Murray
Rushmore
The Royal Tenenbaums
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
The Darjeeling Limited (small role at the beginning, not part of the main cast)
Fantastic Mr. Fox
Moonrise Kingdom

Owen Wilson
Bottle Rocket (also co-wrote the script with Anderson)
The Royal Tenenbaums (also co-wrote the script with Anderson)
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
The Darjeeling Limited
Fantastic Mr. Fox

He also co-wrote Rushmore with Wes Anderson, although he did not act in the film.

Jason Schartzman
Rushmore
The Darjeeling Limited (also co-wrote the script with Anderson and Roman Coppola)
Fantastic Mr. Fox
Moonrise Kingdom

Murray, Wilson, and Schartzman are all scheduled to appear in his next film, The Grand Budapest Hotel, with several more reused Anderson actors: Edward Norton (Moonrise Kingdom), Adrien Brody (The Darjeeling Limited, Fantastic Mr. Fox), Tilda Swinton (Moonrise Kingdom), Willem Dafoe (The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Fantastic Mr. Fox), Jeff Goldblum (The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou), Harvey Keitel (Moonrise Kingdom), and Bob Balaban (Moonrise Kingdom). The only recognizable non-Anderon actors on the film's IMDB page are Ralph Fiennes, Saoirse Ronan, and F. Murray Abraham.

Paul W.S. Anderson and his wife Milla Jovovich.

They've done five Resident Evil films together, and The Three Muskateers, and the Resident Evil franchise is open for more sequels. And she designs her own costumes, it's the perfect relationship really!

Billy Wilder/Jack Lemmon and Scorcese/DeNiro have produced some of my favorite films but the top honors probably go to Akira Kurosawa and Toshiro Mifune.

I don't love everything they did (hell, I don't think I've seen everything they did, they did sixteen films together) but I've loved a lot of them and liked the rest just fine.
And I have been fortunate to escape what has been called “that form of snobbery which can accept the Literature of Entertainment in the Past, but only the Literature of the Enlightenment in the Present.” - Raymond Chandler

'Course I'm respectable. I'm old. Politicians, ugly buildings, and whor*s all get respectable if they last long enough. - Noah Cross

Love the admittance of research technique. I am a Google addict. I found a link that lists the answer to my question but wont post it. There are obvious over looked ones and surprises too.

You forgot the other two Wilson brothers, Luke and Andrew. They both were in Bottle Rocket, Rushmore and Tenenbaums.
