My girlfriend and I watched it the other night, and it was a lot better than I thought it would be, and my girlfriend liked it even though she had no desire to watch it. It was a million times better than Don't Mess with the Zohan, which may be the worst movie I have ever seen.

I don't know what it is, but I just love LOTL. Sure the plots weak and kind of cheesy, but the outragiously funny parts make up for. Chaka.

"If Chaka meat were the secret ingredient on Iron Chef, I'm sure Bobby Flay would probably serve it
with roasted red peppers and a dash of cumin and a braised polenta. It wouldn't be an easy thing to do, but if you slow roast the little guy, I'm sure that Chaka meat would just fall right off the bone."
Sh*t Earl...it's Ted Holister.

I thought it was funny, not one of Will Ferrell's best, but still enjoyable

To me, Ferrell was at his best in Apatow films, so Talladega Nights and Anchor-Man.

I think Step Brothers is one of the most underrated comedies ever. I'm rolling on the floor when I watch that one.

I didn't like it but that's okay as everyone has different tastes, we cannot all like the same things. My two favorite Will Ferrell films are Elf and Anchorman.

thanks bud! for some reason mine came in a vortex case and one user picture
on the amazon product description also shows a vortex case.
i bought the slipsleeve from another member here and switched my copy into
a viva elite case, but that was a bit tight, the vortex seemed to fit fine.

It really is such a funny movie. Step Brothers, Tropic Thunder, and Pineapple Express make up my funniest summer of movies all time. All three were terrific and are still funny no matter how many times I watch them.
They say practice makes perfect. They also say no one is perfect. I wish they would make up their minds.

LOTL=VERY underated

If you're a fan of Ferrell, you will love this movie! Totally marketed wrong. This is a perfect stoner movie.
Yeah, lot of pressure. You gotta rise above it. You gotta harness in the good energy, block out the bad. Harness. Energy. Block. Bad. Feel the flow, Happy. Feel it. Itís circular. Itís like a carousel. You pay the quarter, you get on the horse. It goes up and down and around. Circular. Circle. With the music. The flowÖ all good things.

I too thought this movie was funny. It didn't look very good based on the trailers, but I ended up really enjoying it.
