Help buying a sound system from frys for my room!!!

I recently bought the Bose Cinemate GS II for 799$
I had a 1000$ gift card to frys and I was wondering if someone knew of a better system for sale at FRYs ONLY.
These speakers are good but not exactly what I hoped, anything 1000$ or below is good. If anyone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it

So u want to replace the whole Bose system?

If you weren't happy with a Bose in the bedroom which is where they usually work best (small places) then you need a proper receiver and slightly bigger speakers

as for speakers I would do these badboys, I demo them at Frys several times and the amount of power these bookshelves have is amazing even compared to some towers

EDIT:

You can also get those all in one Onkyo systems but since it doesn't seem like you need the surround speakers. Its better to buy the equipment separately and get better speakers than the ones those systems come with
