The only reason I'd keep this card active is that there are no foreign transaction fees with the Capital One card. Does anybody know what other cards have no fees for out of country purchases?

All cards from a Company -- Discover, but pretty limited acceptance

Many Chase co-branded cards are fee free -- specific the Travel and some of th Hotel branded cards. It seems like many of these have an annual fee though (Hyatt)

Many Amex are fee free, but again this seems to be fee mainly the upper tier Annual Fee deluxe cards. I think my Costco charges a FTF

Question Jeopardy switch to WoF - How long?

For those of you who have been involved with this Sony Rewards program long enough, do you recall how long it was before they switched from the prior Jeopardy game over to the current WoF game? Just curious what kind of wait might be in store for us if/when they change to something new, which of course might not even happen. Fingers crossed...

EDIT: Sheesh, and they didn't even allow us our final 10 points for the 8/5 WoF puzzle. Cheapskates/liars!

Thumbs down Zero for older movie registrations now...

Not that anyone's following this thread much anymore now outside of the occasional new interactive movie games, but just as an FYI for anyone who hasn't figured it out already: It appears that any BD/DVD disc registrations for the "older" titles with non-exclusive codes has just dropped a point, which puts 'em at a grand total of zero now (for the majority of us who are non-Sony card holders). Fortunately, Sony still allows you to actually make your 10 monthly entries though, so that's cool if you're seriously stuck in your ways and really want the extra 0 points...

So it seems we've not only lost the 10 daily points on WoF, but the whopping 10 monthly points for the older movies too. Woot!

Yeah I just went ahead and used all the points I built up since this program seems to be pretty much on life support. Got 12 months of PS Plus for around $30.

The Equalizer - 100 Points for sharing on Facebook

http://sites.sonypictures.com/theequ...stheequalizer/

Just click on any of the words that appear around Denzel's head and you'll see the Sony Rewards link. Only 100 points this time instead of the regular 250.

Sony Rewards site says "Register and Earn" for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Really? What code? From where? Did anyone get one?

Thanks. That's news to me. Are there other Sony UV codes that redeem for points?

Unhappy I guess 100 pts is better than nothing...

As always, thanks for the head's up, HoNuts. Glad to finally get a few more points since I was only 150 away from another Blu-ray when Sony effectively shut most of it's program down recently. It's sad, however, to see yet additional cuts being made to previous reward methods (250 down to 100). Still crossing my fingers that something/anything eventually replaces WoF.

As an additional FYI, there'll be a few more potential Sony Rewards points available soon for uploading No Good Deed ticket stubs, which is hitting theaters tomorrow, if anyone cares...

Came across these two codes today. I believe they were the last two movies on the list of multi use codes. 25 pts each. I still got points since I have the Playstation Card.

The Call (dvd) WS8QYV2R
Olympus Has Fallen (dvd) D23AEM6G

Good God. Only took 15.5 and 14 MONTHS to get those two codes, respectively. Wow! I'd say better late than never, but I'd nearly be lying since they're only worth a point a piece now rather than the previous 15 (for us lowly non-cardmembers). Amusing to finally see 'em inexplicably pop up after all this time though.

For whatever reason, I'm backing to getting single points on the old stuff, as opposed to zero points just a couple months back. Not sure what changed. And don't forget to turn in your Equalizer tickets for 200/400 more points!

Unhappy Fury ticket stubs, but no game.

It looks like tickets to Fury count now too, though it's the first time they've had no corresponding interactive game to go along with a movie. Things keep going from bad to worse! Hoping to squeeze two final blu's outta them before this rewards program goes completely kaput (for non-cardholders). Sad...
