Just started this with a friend co-op.... it's much better then I expected. I loved the first one , skipped the second and I'm liking the third. I'm only on chapter 5, but so far it feels less survival horror as the previous but it's still fun. Space exploration is nice

I'm playing this on PC, but the graphics are great. The lighting is gorgeous

I finished the Awakened DLC last night, and I have to say it is some of the best DLC I have ever played. The scares were there like I was playing Dead Space 1 for the first time.

It's both single player and co-op.

That being said, I need a couple more trophies to plat this game. One is medic (i.e. revive your partner 10 times) and the other one is to stasis your partner while they are incapacitated. If someone doesn't mind helping me with these trophies (we can grind them or play normally), send me a pm. In turn, I'll help you with whatever trophies you need.

i just finished the game on the highest setting. and, i didnt get the trophy for it.

Which setting? Impossible mode doesn't grant you a trophy.

Only a generic, Pure Survival, Classic and Hardcore give you one.

The game has too many damn difficulty settings and its easy to get confused.

It should have been just hardcore mode and the original difficulty settings.

I'm not sure exactly what part of the game that screen shot is from (is there a ladder down through the floor to your right?), but I remember a place where there was a pinball machine in the corner (because it was REALLY loud and scared the crap out of me the first time I went through the area), but it was gone (or mostly gone) every other time I went through there.

Then yes. I went through that place several times that pinball machine was only there in whole on one or two occasions. Sometimes it was going completely, other times some of its lights were there without the rest of it. IIRC sometimes it made sounds even thought it wasn't there.
