Just watched it in 3D. Not anywhere near as good as Madagascar 3's 3D but still enjoyable. Movie is ok, not Dreamworks best.

Heads Up!

As you probably noticed up top in the sale list of movies at blu-ray.com, Rise of the Guardians 3D is now only 19.99 for a limited time. Get it while you can is good advice.

In my opinion, although it doesn't have nearly the same amount of pop outs as Madagascar 3 3D has, it still has strong 3D and one of the best 3D in a computer animated movie from a major theatrical release.

20 bucks is a great deal, never seen these for less. It'll be back up to 27.99 or more soon enough.

No luck getting this at lunchtime today, as nowhere had it. Will have to make a special trip to the supermarket after work.

OK i watced this last night and really enjoyed it. I felt some of the sentimental story aspects were a little heavy handed but the movie is a fantastic 3D thrill ride. Not quite Madasgascar 3 levels of 3D but very close. I prefer this movie to Madagascar 3 anyway. The action was great.

I thought it was a great film and so was the 3D. I don't know where the complaints come from. ZERO cross talk on my Sammy.

This is the best animated film I've ever seen. Breathtakingly beautiful. The story was hit and miss but it really picks up for the 3rd act. 3D was gorgeous and has graduated to being my go-to demo material.

Agreed with this. The storyline was quite hit and miss.

The most annoying thing about this film is how much they have tried to force the 'childhood wonder' aspect of it, by basically just giving us children laughing like maniacs throughout the movie. We get it, childhood wonder is a good thing to have, no need to force it down our throats!

Superb and gorgeous 3D though

Although Dreamworks story telling is not as nuanced as Pixar's original classics, I was never disappointed with any of their previous movies except this one. Something just doesnt feel right about this story, ofcourse the 3D saves it as always!
