Thanks. Will see how my resolve stands up over the weekend

Does anyone know if Amazon's stock now has the right disks ? Or do you still have to get them replaced by Warner.

There was confirmation in the disc mistakes thread that Amazon.co.uk and I think Amazon.ca were shipping with the replacements already included.

I'm thinking of getting the UK Wizard's Collection instead of the US Ultimate Editions? Should I go for it? Have the issues been fixed? Does Amazon ship with the replacement discs?

If you really want this set, go for it. The customer service from Warner is off the charts. I foolishly threw out one of my replacement discs and emailed them, saying it still wasn't the right disc. Had it the NEXT morning. Unreal. My mistake, still, but y'know. If you need the replacements, you'll get them ASAP

Haven't followed this set in a while. Has the problem from last year (wrong discs) been corrected yet?

Was thinking of adding this to my amazon UK basket

Yes, all us early buyers got replacement discs, and I think they were sorted in the later releases.

Weren't the films supposed to be vaulted after the Wizard's set release?

Warner are doing this with loads of their films. Is a way of getting them back to full price from the bargain prices many of these back catalogue titles had fallen to. As said above just a cheap cash in.

I thought that was only ever announced for the US, nothing was ever said for UK or Europe.

That was my initial thought but it doesn't mention Steelbook in the title like most do. Even though I don't collect Steelbooks I am a massive Harry Potter geek (both films, books, etc) so these would be a bonus to my ongoing collection.

Slipcovers Sleeping Beauty - trade anything Harry Potter due to rarity.

Down to 127.50 gbp @ Amazon UK.

Don't buy it, I am sure they are not selling well. Will probably drop even more. I think it will be available at around 60 GBP eventually .
