Yes.

One can hope, right? (though big bad mamma jamma Microsoft is probably being the butt of the situation as to why Netflix 3D will not stream via the XB360 app)

At least we'll get the new season of Arrested Development.
Want to manually convert 2d to 3d yourself and accurately - not with an automated software? Check out my topic and tutorial here.

so you made sure that your ISP supports it first right? As in the US its pretty limited on the ISPs that support the 3d or Super HD streams. Cablevision is the only one in the US that I am aware of (unless you are going to use a proxy).

It's about time for Netflix to add some more 3D titles.

So, is this a separate icon than the Netflix one? I have a Sony 3D TV and PS3 but I don't see SUPER HD or 3D under the Netflix selections. If I do a search for 3D I only get eight titles - 3D Dive, Jackass 3, 3D Safari, etc. I have AT&T with 18mbps but I will be changing to Comcast which has 50mbps.

3D doesnt work for me. It will ask me when I try to play a movie, "Play in 3D?" I will say YES but it plays it in 2D anyways. I try to change my 3D settings but once the movies starts, there is no way of changing the viewing mode. It might be a glitche with Netflix. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem?

There are a few new 3D movies. Sometimes you have to search for the ones you know were in 3D to see the little section only shows some of the 3D available. Today I noticed
Beowulf and Flying Swords of the Dragon's Gate.

USA netflix 3d on time warner cable

Has anybody had any luck with viewing Netflix 3D with time warner cable? I went to the Netflix website and saw that they are telling us to encourage our service provider to work with Netflix in working out compatibility issues. I tried calling a few numbers and got no where. Maybe someone knows why vudu can stream 3D through internet and seems that time warner can through cable, but the router can put 3D content straight to my Wi-Fi tv or ps3.The thing is I view all 3D content through internet apps or ps3 player, time warner cable 3D isn't very good so far.

Time Warner hasn't signed up with Netflix to provide the 3d coverage. Netflix wants the cable company (time warner) to sign up with them (netflix) to provide us with and new signal for the 3d.

When I was talking to the cable guy the other day to get another dvr box he is under the impression Netflix wants to act like Espn and Disney and charge a fee for time warner to sign on to send us the 3d signal.

So it's more of Netflix being a pain than time warner.
Since nfl network just got added I can not see how they will sign up with Netflix.

Time warner does have some good on demand rental 3d but otherwise lacks.
There channels set aside for 3d have shows few and far between with no way of know of something is on there with out looking at the guide in advance.
They have 1 Channel u can purchase for the monthly fee and its Espn yahoo;( like 10-15 per month for one channel with not much on it.

Beowulf is in 3D?? FSotDG3D showed up under the radar at Vudu.com at one point, but Beowulf 3D hasn't been seen in public since it left theaters!

As magic said above, not all ISPs are carrying the 3d content. Apparently Netflix wants to get paid by the ISPs to allow for the Super HD and 3d movies, at least additional ISPs are being added.

Default Comcast does not have Netflix 3D

I just signed up for Comcast triple play and while they don't have Netflix 3D, I have HBO and STARZ. They have a number of 3D films for free On Demand. I know they have these and more.

Prometheus
MIB 3
Finding Nemo
Resident Evil: Retribution
Brave
Resident Evil: Afterlife
Bait
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
Journey 2
Cars 2
Dolphin Tale
Final Destination 5
Puss in Boots
Glee: The 3D Concert
Arthur Christmas

If this is the Beowulf movie director by Zemeckis then this should have it's own thread.

Your ISP has to be able to provide NetFlix Super HD to get 3D. I just noticed on my Roku that titles now have Super HD as their resolution. BUT, I go to the NetFlix webpage and it says my provider is not signed up for their Open Connect program.

Here is the 3D page for NetFlix.

Anyone know what resolution and kind of 3D it is? I watched Art of Flight 3D last night and pressed the info button and it said 1080p. Is it frame packed or sequential 1080p 3D or is it really just 1/2 res top/bottom or side by side?
