Oh, I hope so.

I played Ice Hockey for Bradford Juniors 87-89 (lived in Leeds at the time)
so this film brings back some great memories for me

Oh wow, Bradford ice-rink was a staple of my youth! I remember having to get off the rink one Saturday because the teams wanted to train!

I do NOT have two accounts. The one with the longer dash is the fake Alan Clarke and hasn't even posted anything. What do I have to gain from thanking my own posts? I even complained about the fake Alan Clarke months ago but nobody did anything.

Anyway, I am excited for this release. Perhaps there will be even more Clarke coming out? Though, at this point, theres very very little to really bring out besides Achilles Heel and Billy The Kid and the Green Blaze Vampire.

So you're the real Alan Clarke?

Nothing wrong with a harmless joke. And besides, the Dissent issue was more a case of us querying why we were being misinformed, it wasn't a case of bullying or anything along those lines.

But this here, this is a simple old joke.

That's the problem with England, if you don't want abuse off hoards of teenagers for having the cheek to go to the shop after 7pm, or if you don't want snooty types looking down their nose at you for not earning 50k a year where do you go then? I think for safety reasons I'd choose Ivory over Clarke, but it'd be lovely to have a third option.

Yeah it's definitely a country where the working class can't win either way. Though the stigma of being working class is more threatening than asbo teens yelling obscenities. At least to me.

We had Clarke, Leigh, Douglas and Loach give the working class voices. Now we just have Benefit Street. Sad times.

If you purchase Rita, Sue and Bob Too you really should consider getting The Arbor as well: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Arbor-Blu-r...ords=the+arbor
