Default Bootleg?

Is this a legit release? Or perhaps more appropriately: Are there bootlegs of this release floating around? I bought what appears to be this exact release from a New York (but presumably Russian) seller on eBay; it came shrink-wrapped, looks all right at a glance -- but the sleeve is cheaply printed, and most importantly the business side of the disc is obviously dark purple like most burnable discs I've seen. I haven't played it yet, and if it's a full 50G disc I guess it'll be all right. Just wondering.

There are two different russian blu-ray release of 'Andrei Rublev', both are legit.
But bootleg copy also can be found.
Can you post a MID code of that disc?

I had the same problem. It's very likely a bootleg copy of the original.

I think we bought from the same Russian New York based Ebay vendor
As long as it has English subs & looks great, i guess they are doing God's work
I'd rather not need a bootleg but i will be happy once im watching it

Just watched The Mirror in HD on youtube earlier today
Amazing world we live in!

'Andrei Rublev' and much more Tarkovsky films.

Independent British distributors Curzon Artificial Eye have informed us that they are planning to add a number of new titles to their Blu-ray catalog. Amongst them are classic films from Russian master Andrei Tarkovsky
