Were you trying to bring sexy back to video reviews?
Stop the Replacing of original Studio Opening / Closing logos! These are becoming endangered and should be kept intact. They are part of film history.

How many people here prefer the theatrical cut over the producer’s cut?

Yes. In the same way that I prefer to be slapped on the right side of my face to the left one.

I do. More gore, a metal guitar version of the theme, Myers impregnating Jamie is implied rather than explicit, and the runtime is shorter.

I hate the movie in either form, but at least the theatrical is more entertaining and quickly-paced.

I prefer the theatrical, tighter pacing and more brutal. Although the ending to either cut still sucks.

The Producerís Cut has issues, but itís far superior. The flash cutting and music in the theatrical is so embarassing.

I think the theatrical cut is way better than the Producer’s Cut. Besides the last 15 minutes, which is way more intense than the soap opera ending of the Producer’s Cut, there are a host of other things that the theatrical cut does way better. The P-Cut has a few things going for it but it seems more like a workprint than a completed film.

Love it or hate it I think the fact the Producer's Cut was released at all is still one of home video's greatest coups. A legendary alternate version only available via bootlegs got an official home video release - that doesn't happen every day.
