Is this version unrated?
Is the unrated version only available in the previous release which included the paper red/blue 3D glasses?
To the best of my knowledge, both 2009 releases are Rated 'R', while only the 1981 version has an unrated extended cut. There's no shortage of graphic violence and nudity in the 2009 BD3D.

If you are up for stomach churning gore, this is a reference quality 3D putting many native 3D's to shame. Tonnes of depth and crazy pop outs.....reminds me of final destination 5 3D !! For $7.50 on amazon, its a great value add to your 3D library.

i finnaly found the 3dtv version of this, all i could find for awhile was the one that comes with cheap red/blue style glasses, and only 20 bucks. really is top quality 3d great movie as well, good story and good villain too the twist at the end was well played.

I don't really like when they do that with slasher movies though. I've seen the same thing done more than once before.

I hate slasher movies usually, but this one in 3D is a must see!

By using "him" you gave away the plot that the killer is no other than
[Show spoiler]XXX

This was a hell of a blind buy for me. I paid $7.50 and was pleasantly surprised. The 3D was awesome... I loved the part where one of the characters slowly aims a shot gun directly at you. I swear I moved out of the way!

The story was alright too, for a slasher movie.

That was exactly my reaction...it was a crazy pop out scene where the gun is protruding out of the scene and stays there for some time! There were other gun protruding scene and a flashlight in your face scene that were too good!

Things is, this is a remake, and this was the twist in the original, so i guess you should blame the original. Although the twist then, seemed quite fresh.

I didn't like it either. This and Friday the 13th came out during the same time which had Jared Padalecki. In a way, it was like Sam and Dean taking two separate cases .
