Still hoping they go outside the box and get someone like James Wolk or Matt Bomer. Then you surround him with bigger names if you're concerned with star power.

Hey, since Drake gets a brother in Uncharted 4, there's your role for Nathan Fillion.

They don't need big stars for all of the main roles, and she has her own TV show, but I have a feeling you're right. If only it was just gas....

I would have thought they started filming this already, since it's been a while since they announced this film adaptation. Well get the assassins creed before this film.

There probably isn't even a finished script yet.

Director Seth Gordon is out, and the movie is going in another direction, whatever that means.

It's time to just shelve this idea for a while and let the air clear over the amount of trouble this production has had.

It works as a game (and I'm an enormous fan of the Uncharted games), but as a film it will come off as a hybrid of Indiana Jones, the National Treasure films, and Jolie's Tomb Raider. The McGuffin in the Uncharted games has been pretty standard with a hint of the supernatural. However, the true heart of Uncharted is the relationships between Drake, Sully, and Elena. If the tone isn't captured from the games, then it just won't matter. But with this being what it is, expect the focus to be on things that go bang.

Probably a good idea has been to many problems with production.

I wonder how many of those might bomb. Sony needs all the hits they can get at this point.

I'm hoping this film dies a horrible death before they start filming.

Moved back a year. No surprise there.
Biggest Jennifer Lawrence fan here / I've finished a 5th draft of my latest script. It's a comedy Life As Liz written in mind with Jen as the lead. PM If interested. I've also finished the first draft on my 14th full length feature script.

I'm looking for X-Men: DOFP Rogue Cut with slipcover. I'm willing to trade Movie Cash, Blu Rays, DVDs or Slips from my collection for it.

I'll be surprised if this ever actually comes out. The film based on TLOU is far more likely to see the light of day and is a better fit for a film anyways.
I don't know if this was due a long time ago. Probably was. That's fine.

The Sony line-up just makes me go "What are they thinking!?". Just goes to show how extremely out of touch with audiences they are, which is ironic considering all the goodwill they've been building up with gamers these last few years. Their film division is no more than a bad joke by now...

Just gonna put this out there: I would love for Tyler Hoechlin to Play Drake. He looks the part, facially and physically, is American and an experienced actor. I also like that he's kind of an unknown, so you won't really be distracted by him having played other roles, but I know he can act well from having seen him in Teen Wolf.
