I took a quick look at ur manual (a quick as in not thorough, that's for you to do) and didn't see in there a mention of connecting the HDMI up to a receiver to off load lossless audio either bitstreamed or LPCM with 2 or3D video. It will support ARC but it looks to be it. Again, I didn't do a detailed read, just a quick one. I don't know if what you want is supported by the player/receiver.


Either someone else that owns it and has tried what your suggesting or you will have to find out from the company or try it yourself. Does the system, as it is, not sound good to you? Are you using it in a small, medium or large room?

It lacks a real good sound from the center speaker. Could sound a bit clearer and deeper.

Would getting a soundbar and connecting to my Panasonic home theater help? Does that work?

It's a medium sized living room.
