Howdy Sir!!!!

Although my Doctor has me on a couple of different meds, I have found out what my problem has been with keeping my damn levels high all the time.

For me, it was Coffee. I'm not sure if it is the coffee or the caffeine or the amount of sugar I use, but I've stop taking/drinking that mixture, and my levels have been below 5.0 for awhile now.
I do take Uloric, and I am going to wait awhile before I do a personal test and miss some and see if my levels go up, I really don’t want to take this everyday for the rest of my life.

BTW, I can’t remember, but did you buy a bike or was looking to buy one last year?

Took the boy to see Iron Man 3 they liked it. It was alright the story could have been stronger... The effect are there. Hope you guys are doing well. Been work on the house.
