Sorry but you just can't compare the pipeline architecture of the PS3 to the PS1 and PS2. Sony themselves have said on record that the way the PS3 pipeline is set up would make it impossible for the PS4 to natively run any PS3 game, even if you did plonk the cell cpu in. The best you can hope for is for Sony to use their newly acquired Geiko cloud streaming service to stream back catalogue games to the PS4.
