I am on their website right now. Are their top models for LED the TC-L55E50 and for plasma the TC-P60ST50 ?

The top of the line Panasonic plasmas are always the VT series which offers a 96Hz refresh mode for 2-D 1080p/24 material. Other Panasonic plasmas use only 48Hz and 60Hz.
