Ordered:
Rodencia: and der Zahn der Prinzessen 3D (German import)
The Last Unicorn 3D (German import)
Manta Lab Alien:Covenant Lenti A & Lenti B

Received:
Blufans: Star Wars TFA 3D - Kylo-Ren Double Lenti
HD Zeta: Batman v. Superman 3D Double Lenti
Banshee Chapter 3D (German import)
Lost River 3D (German import)
Never Ending Story Extended Version Digipack (Spain import)

I've wanted to see the extended version of The NeverEnding Story on blu-ray for two years but was unwilling to spend $80 -$100 on the Japanese import. I didn't even know this Edition existed until I found it on eBay. The Digipack has the AURYN on the front and looks like the book so I hope it looks nice in person!!!

Watched:
Prometheus 3D - I enjoyed this movie a lot and the 3D was used to great effect in helping to make the space ships seem enormous and making the exploration of the Planet and the alien environments much more immersive. There weren't any pop-outs that I remember but every scene contained multiple layers of depth and there was good separation and lplenty of detail. I loved how detailed the insides of the alien temple were and 3D really helped bring the environment to life. The scene in the Alien command room with the holographic computer was especially impressive! In fact, 3D was one of main reasons I enjoyed the film so much and it is the main reason I have watched it several times (along with Ms. Theron who is just about as close to perfect as a human can get)! This isn't a film I'd have much interest in watching without 3D.

Alien: Covenant (Digital Download) I LOVED this film! It was very much in the spirit of the original series and brought the story line full circle. I just kept thinking if they had released a 3D version it would be even better. There are nearly 20 minutes of deleted scenes so make sure to watch them. Normally, I understand why certain scenes are cut from a film but there were several scenes I think should have remained. Especially "The Last Supper". My only complaints were the lack of 3D and I wish the film had spent more time focused on the Creators and their world and customs. I hope they make another film that explores that story line: their world, history, mythology, where THEY came from, why they created us and why they wanted to destroy us. I've watched the film twice already and it is one that I'll enjoy watching again and again. I'd like to get the 4K disc since there is no 3D version and add it to my Manta Lab editions. This is a film that should lend itself well to the extra detail allowed by 4K UHD and the scenes in space and especially the solar sails should look really good with HDR.

Harold & Kumar has TONS of pop-outs. It's done in a gimmicky way but I loved it and laughed my butt off. Several strong 3D movies in that shipment, congrats!

I ordered Wonder Woman 3D from walmart.com a couple of days ago. Checked order history today and noticed Walmart replaced the 3D with a 2D Walmart exclusive version. Did the 3D release get canceled?

Have you considered looking in the King Arthur thread perhaps? Ie the thread where everyone is raving about the fantastic 3D.

Thank you. Someone told me that 3D displays some weird horizontal lines and overall soft picture. I guess that is not true?

If you look in the King Arthur thread, that exact issue you mention is also being discussed there.

Watched Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs 3D with the family.

I picked this movie up the other day with slipcover for $9.99 at a Disc Replay.

To my utter shock and amazement, this 3D movie was actually pretty good.

This is a 2009 animated title, so the level of detail in the animation is a little limited.

But the 3D is fairly dynamic thanks to 1.85 ratio and giant dinosaurs on screen.

The overall PQ and story are all pretty good here too, with 3D stealing the show.

Watched Home 3D with the family.

Got this movie fairly cheap with no slipcover and honestly wasn't expecting much.

This a modern animated title (2015?) so animation detail is fairly strong.

This is 1.85 3D as well, so as usual that gives the proceeding more immersion.

There's a few notable pop-outs which surprised me, that seems less common now.

OK, so now for story and character design. Honestly, I didn't care for it much.

The characters design is odd, with the girl character looking more like an adult midget.

Meanwhile, her mom is only slightly taller than her (maybe she's a midget too?).

This is an odd movie, I was more watching it from the outside. It's a bit dumb.

The music really not my thing either (Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez).

Glad you liked it... 3D reviews of this movie was meh... but I ended up picking it from Amazon UK for like $6. Will give it a spin when I get it. On that note, I just watched Madagascar 3 ... OMG what a 3D trip. This movie was amazing in 3D especially the circus act toward the end. Wow... just wow. I don't see how these movies made for 3D can be that immersive watching only in 2D... you are missing out on so much.

Had to watch Guardians vol1 last night in anticipation for vol2. For the first time I paid attention to how often the aspect ratio changes. Its way more often then I recalled.
