Just bumping this thread because I finally got around to watching this movie over the past weekend. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it was terribly mediocre and really stretches the limits of credibility, even for a film like this. I was scanning back through the thread and noticed that I had referred to this as "Alex Cross Dresser" about five years ago. What an ass I was, thinking that was so original and funny! I was thinking while watching that they really used to crank out tons of these types of thrillers back in the 90s and they did them really well (ie Kiss The Girls), that was sort of a golden age for psychological cop thrillers, you don't really see as many high-profile ones anymore.

I hated this movie much more than you did, what completely killed it was the horrific excuse for action sequences. Just a bunch of horrible editing, poor choreography, and that garbage shaky cam.
