The one in Anaheim and City Of Industry. Those two are closest to me.

It's on there for 13 bucks right now. I have yet to get a Universal 100 from them without a slip.

As far as brick-and-mortar stores go, I've only seen it in Movie Trading Company.

Unfortunately I don't have that store in my area. I did order a copy through Amazon today. Lets hope it will have a slipcover
