It sure does. I was just on Amazon and their selling it for $49.00 I bought the first Amityville last year at Best Buy for $7.00 If it drops to $20 i'll buy it but $49 is ridiculous.

This is a good bye, 1 is the same transfer from mgm, but 2 & 3 are new, 2 was great but I found at times three could hurt your eyes, but it was also cool to see it converted to stereoscopic vision, shout does have a good set here

I really want to have the second movie on blu, but not for $50 and having to have the other two pieces of crap.

Why can't the jerks just release them individually?

I'm sure you could find it separate on eBay or something.

I wish Shout would offer their box set films individually in general.

If anybody with this set doesn't want their Amityville II disc and doesn't mind breaking up their set to sell it, drop me a line. Its the only one of the three I'm interested in.

I see cult media in Italy have released amityville 3d. Anyone know if its the same transfer as the usa ? As apparently that one has a optical giant fly scene missing

A lot of people say that. I'm in the same boat, I thought it was the only effective and creepy film in the series. In fact, I think it's one of the eeriest films of the 80s.

I am still baffled by the new Amityville movie that was due like 2 years ago and still hasn't come out. I think I saw the trailer when I saw Annabelle in theaters. What the hell is going on there???

It has something to so with the direct to video Amityville films coming this year. VThe Amityville Legacy looks pretty good judging by its trailer.

A couple of months ago I went to the movies and saw the trailer for the new Amityville. I can't remember the name or when it's coming out, but it looked fairly decent.

I just watched the trilogy last weekend, and yes, Amityville 2 is still extremely creepy. I watched it with a friend who isn't that into film but he made the comment, "This doesn't feel like an old movie. They're using camera and suspense techniques that still get used today." He was genuinely creeped out.

Honestly, I'd go so far as to say that, for me, this movie contains some of the scariest images I've ever seen in a movie. The main "sequence" of the film is downright nightmare inducing.

Has anyone seen all 17 films? Are there any hidden gems not including the first three?

And it has Diane Franklin. Bonus!

IMO, Amityville 2 is the only Amityville movie that exists.

Holy crap, there are 17 Amityville films?! I think I was aware of maybe 7. That has to take the cake for the most horror sequels surpassing even the original VHS era Witchcraft direct to video titles. How many Amityville films are available on Blu Ray? Which (if any) are linked as direct sequels vs reboots?

The original Amityville film and Amityville II are all you need IMO.
