Sometimes the points do not post for limited or special editions. You just have to email them and they'll put the points in your account.

You should have the point for AC3 because I had mine post the Saturday after release. Halo 4 will not show yet because it's too soon.

Another thing to watch out for is sometimes a Best Buy store will "cancel" your pre-order when you pick up the game but they will deduct the $5 from your purchase. By doing so can potentially cause you not to get the 1000 points in your account because in the computer it shows that you "canceled" your pre-order, when in fact you didn't, but the way the stores process the pick-up procedure, if not done correctly, it will mean you don't get the 1000 points you are entitled to.

While I didn't have that problem with Borderlands 2, I have noticed that I wasn't awarded the 1000 points for AC3. I realize Halo 3 is too soon, however, my Halo 4 pre-order purchases just showed up today as "pending" and I clicked each one to see if one of them had the 1000 RZ points added and none did as well.

A phone call to customer service I will make, but they had this problem last year during this same promotion and apparently it is continuing with this year's.

what kind of coupons do they send you in the book?
I know a lot of clubs will send you coupon books and most of the time they're useless...

I'm gonna start doing this next year.
With the $20 you get back you're only paying $40 for a new release and if you hurry up and beat it and trade it in, you'll get to play these for free basically.
Never buying used again.
I did get some good deals but still.
Playing for free is much better.
I'll keep dead space 3 and god of war tho.
Other than that back to BB they go

Does anyone know if BB is getting the god of war collectors edition?
Or is that only gamestop =/
Idk if I want it or not.
If I can find a kratos statue somewhere else then I'll just pass.
