As far as I know it was never taken down from Amazon and you could always order it. It's been in my wishlist for months at that same price.

Don't get your hopes up high. A lot of these entries are just new edited information that Amazon doesn't bother to verify. The pre-order link has been taken down and put back up so many times that I lost count, especially on this title.
