Looks like the first pressing is steelbook only. Amazon has updated their listing and it's now marked as steelbook.

Amazon.com.uk says it's a Metalpak as well. Anyways, whether it's a Steelbook or Metalpak, I pre-ordered.

UK's first Metalpak as well then. Suppose mods should move it to the Metalpak forum section now

"MetalPak™ is the newest metal cases and may be the rivals against SteelBook™ counterpart after they copied SteelBook's designed. MetalPak™ is not a true SteelBook form because of huge difference in hinge door. MetalPak & SteelBook's size and shape looks exactly the same, but the thickness is thicker than SteelBook's spine. Thus, alot of collector avoid this type of cases because the spine look big and ugly."

Seen this in HMV earlier. Completely forgot about this one.
Looked decent enough from what you could see, with the card on it.

A few months ago I would of blind bought it, but am suffering from Steelbook fatigue, a little at the minute.

Managed to resist buying this, Chernobyl Diaries and Titans, whilst I was there.
6 months ago, I would of bought them all

I know what you mean, mate -- suddenly, from being steelbook crazy, I've become a little blasé towards them; I'll pre-order them at a decent price and if I want them, but I don't look forward to the announcements of new ones like I once did. Hopefully our love for the steels returns soon!

Pre-orders: The Wicker Man Steel, Star Trek XI Zavvi Steel, 12 Angry Men, Raising Arizona, La Notte, The Sand Pebbles, Patton, The Great Escape, The Murderer Lives at 21, Les Miserables Digibook, One Hour Photo, Brides of Dracula, Evil of Frankenstein, Blow Out and The Last Temptation of Christ.

Shame you guys are holding back because you are "steeld" out. This is one of the greatest British films ever made, is in the BFI top 100, IMDB top 250 and the restoration is jaw dropping

Oh I've seen it -- I love Powell and Pressburger -- but I just don't seem to want to pick it up yet. I probably will at some point
in the near future, though.

I'd actually never heard of this film, before this release. I can see me making the return journey to HMV next week, it does sound good. Ive just gone and read some reviews

This is, in fact, a steelbook with a glossy finish (making it much easier to get a pristine copy).

The case contains 4 movie cards: two are in colour, and the other two are black and white (pretty nice).

No inside artwork
