Yes, the special features aren't listed on the back like normal. I never even knew that Walmart carried special stripped down versions until I encountered them first-hand last year.

I was happy to find Battlestar Galactica today. I always liked that show when I was a kid, particularly Maren Jensen.

Keep looking. It's out there!
This is why we do what we do. The thrill of the hunt. The joy of finding the missing easter egg. I remember the relief when I finally found Minority Report after a 9-month bin-to-bin search.

P.S. My Walmart has at least 1/2 dozen Woodstocks. Frustrating that Walmart's inventory is so inconsistent and varies from market-to-market. But it is what it is.

I wish Walmart would sell the Black Friday movies in a tent in the parking lot. I could be done in 20 minutes tops. But no, I gotta wade through 50 people trying to score a $4.99 electric skillet.

Last year I bought all my Walmart BF titles from the comfort of home online. Worked out great. Half them even came with mint slips. So you always have that as an option if you hate crowds, like I do.

It wouldn't be any better outside. There would still be just as many people and now you would have to do it in the cold.

Well in my neck of the woods, I'd rather be inside as it is pretty chilly.

Last year the best run section in wal mart was the movie section. They moved all the Black Friday blu ray/dvd/video games to the food section along the meat area. They had people line up and would allow a few people in the section every few minutes. It was so well organized compared to the rest of the store. Previous years they had the section in the middle aisle between the food and clothing. Total chaos!

FINALLY...

Woke up early this morning and went to another Walmart... The second I approached the bin, it was right there waiting for me.

This particular location - which usually isn't good - had a few of the $9.96 movies as well. I thought about getting Kingpin, but I can wait. I was hoping to find the Halloween Blu display too, and maybe The King and I, but can't have everything.

BTW, I also saw Salt in both that bin and my usual one..not sure if that's been mentioned here before. I don't remember seeing it before now.
