Just to be clear season 1 does not have a slip but it has an episode list insert, season 2 does have a slip but no inserts of any kind.

I've finished making my insert for the Justice League Season Two set.

Simple, but gets the job done!

You view the full-size JPEG below or download it in PDF format. I also have the PSD (Photoshop) version too. However please note to edit it you will need the fonts I used.

If I made any spelling errors simply let me know and I will fix them.

Image settings (too keep in mind while printing), 4.587 inches wide by 5.693 inches hight, 600 DPI.

I printed mine out on plain white paper just for an example.
