Returning imported BDs.... - Blu-ray Forum

sorry to be "that guy" fellas, but I need help.

funds are kinda tight and I forgot to cancel an existing Amazon.de order for the Spiderman steelbook with the collectible figurine. Comes out to $77 and I need that money (yes, shit is that bad for me right now). I see its still in transit but can I just refuse delivery and get my money back? How does this work? I live in the States btw.

You might have to swallow the shipping costs and there might be a restocking fee, international orders are always handled differently than domestic orders. You might try to cut your losses and put it up on eBay or somewhere.

Happened to me once. You can try to write to Amazon and say that the order was a mistake and you don't want it. If you're lucky they will simply ask you to refuse the delivery and refund your money. It might not always work, but you can try. Good luck.

If they don't cancell your order and they ship it to you, do not accept it when you get it at home when the post man comes, and after 30 days it will be delivered back to sender, or if the pots office leaves it at home, you'll have to return it to sender, and they'll give you a full credit on your credit card for it once they get it back, but you'll have to pay for returning shipping.
