I hate having to constantly re-scan enemies to find their weak spots that highlight in Yellow. I'd prefer they would just remain highlighted during the battle, or at least while they remain in view. It sucks trying to aim at them when they keep moving, let alone trying to re-scan them to know where to shoot! Dang things.

And I always keep running out of Wire since I'm constantly using my Precision arrows to take down machines. I am getting used to the blast bombs though... those are always good.

I find the Ropecaster a waste of time since it takes a few to get a machine to stay put and then once you attack it, they break free! So it's just a pointless use of resources and time. The main three weapons I use to take down enemies are the Tear Blast, and Precision arrows, and the Blast bombs with the sling shot.

The hardest part of this game for me is trying to find animal skins. Lol

I'm not even going to bother with the data points.

Finished this last Thursday(well, technically early Friday morning) on Hard mode at Level 44. I didn't think I'd be playing it that late, but it had more false endings than a cheesy horror movie. It was an entertaining game with an interesting storyline, but honestly it wasn't that difficult to beat once I increased my level and upgraded my outfit and bow and arrow. If you're willing to commit the time to complete a bunch of side quests and clear out those corrupted zones, you earn a buttload of bonus XP.

Anyone know how this game is selling so far? I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel and it does end with a stinger after the credits setting one up.

These are the best parts, so I am sure we will see a sequel. 3-4 years is fine with me as there will be plenty of other games that can keep us busy until then.

Finished it moments ago. Loved every minute of it. It's my favourite musical score Ever. My only complaint is the final cut scenes don't show the suit you are wearing.

Sounds like all of you are way ahead of me in this game as I've only just got to Meridian. I'm too distracted taking pics lol. Anyway here are some more from my recent endeavours:

Finally started this up last night after finishing Zelda and then taking a few days to 'detox'.

Said I would play for a couple hours and then go to bed early, next thing I knew it was midnight

60% of my play time so far has probably been spend in tall grass waiting to stealth kill I just made it through the Proving and 1 mini-mission after that..

Playing this Post-Breath of the Wild does take a little getting used to because I am so used to being able to climb anything I want and go anywhere I want now and in this game I see a pile of rocks and I can't get to the top.

My one complaint so far is the dynamic positioning of the character on the screen. Something about being right aligned just completely throws me off and feels weird. I wish it could keep the camera always centered behind Alloy.

finished the story ... fantastic game .. only thing i didn't finish up was the hunting missions.... kind of strange though that it lets you do the final mission all over again after beating it ...

It's so a certain trophy doesn't get locked out.

It's for the All Allies Join trophy, gives you an opportunity to do their side missions because right before the fight is when that particular trophy pops.

Still experimenting with photo mode. I don't think I've captured a perfect action shot though. At least Aloy poses really well.

Great pics of Horizon. My favorite ones are of the distant landscape scenery.
